This Pricing Policy explains how prices are set, displayed, and may change for astrology products and Hindu puja items (such as rudraksha, malas, gemstone bracelets, yantras, murtis/idols, and puja samagri) sold on Astromall, and for Aaryawart Astroworld’s puja and consultation services, operated by Aaryawart Astroworld Private Limited.

1. Currency

All prices on this website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR/₹) unless stated otherwise.

2. Inclusions

Unless otherwise mentioned on the product or service page, listed prices are inclusive of applicable GST. Shipping charges for physical products, if any, are calculated separately at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight/value of your order, and are shown before you complete payment.

3. Vendor and Astrologer-Set Pricing

As a marketplace, product prices on Astromall are set individually by each vendor selling on our platform, and consultation fees are set by each empanelled astrologer. While we review listings and profiles for accuracy, the final price, applicable discounts, and any bulk/wholesale rates are determined by the respective vendor or astrologer.

4. Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as market rates for precious/semi-precious materials (for example, rudraksha, gemstones, and metals), taxation changes, demand for a particular astrologer or puja slot, or vendor updates. Once an order or booking is placed and confirmed, the price for that order or booking will not change.

5. Pricing Errors

While we make every effort to ensure prices displayed are accurate, errors may occasionally occur (for example, due to a technical glitch or vendor/astrologer input error). If a product or service’s correct price is higher than the price stated, we will contact you before confirming shipment or booking to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. If the correct price is lower, we will charge the lower amount.

6. Discounts and Offers

Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and festive offers are valid only for the period specified and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any offer at any time.

7. Taxes and Invoices

A GST-compliant invoice is provided with every order or booking, showing the applicable tax breakup. Please ensure your billing details are accurate at the time of checkout, as invoices cannot always be reissued after generation.

8. No Price Match Guarantee

We do not offer price matching against other websites, marketplaces, astrologers, or offline stores.
